We do provide the technical support that organizations need for Teams Voice. We have a couple of different options depending on your needs. Our standard level of support is our most basic level of support, and you can see there is also Premium support and Enterprise support. The Premium and Enterprise support do also include some features with assessments, usage reports, assistance when it comes to hardware as well. So again, we do suggest moving forward with one of these plans when you are doing voice with us. But we can discuss your specific organizational needs one on one.
