We have a number of options to access the mailbox data.

  1. Administrative Credentials: You can configure a single set of administrative credentials to access all mailboxes. This is configured on the mailbox connector.
  2. End User Credentials:​ We accept end user credentials to be configured on each individual mailbox configuration.
  3. Request Credentials: If you do not have administrative credentials or have access to individual credentials, we present the option to request credentials from each individual user.
