Are device specific Teams Phone licenses available?

So, Microsoft does offer licensing options. There is a Teams room license, there is a common area phone license. We work with a lot of organizations that do have lobby phones or a phone in the break room or meeting room. You don’t need to license those to a user, there are additional license options specific to devices, rather than users.
